Ingredients:

  • 1TBSP cacao paste or 6-7 discs (0.5oz) or more if desired

  • 1/2 cup of hot water (170F) - not boiling

  • your choice of natural sweetener

  • your choice of milk

How to prepare:

  • Gently warm your water and/or milk in a pot

  • Add your desired quantity of cacao

  • Mix it in with a frother or in a blender to reach desired consistency

  • Pour into your favorite mug

  • Add sweetener or spice of your choice (e.g. a pinch of cardamom, maca, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, turmeric, cayenne, et al.)
